We collect your email address, name, and encrypted credentials (Telegram session, cTrader tokens) necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used solely to provide the TradeSignalCopy service — connecting your Telegram account to your cTrader trading account and executing trades on your behalf as configured by you.
All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store card details. We use the Anthropic API for AI-based signal parsing.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
